Welcome

Thank you for visiting the Firelands Amateur Repeater Association's (FARA)website. Check back often, our webmaster is often busy adding new items to look at.

We invite you too look through our website and see what FARA has to offer you.


Our Sandusky Ohio based group meets once a month on the 4th Tuesday of each month. January thru November in the Erie County Services Center, 2900 Columbus Ave. Sandusky at 7:00 p.m. in the basement lunch room.

We encourage you to attend if you are interested in learning more about our group. The general public, interested in HAM radio operation, is welcome. If you are interested in becoming a HAM, we are the perfect group to visit. We have active members with over 50 years of experience ready to be your teacher (Elmer)

Our group is lead by a November to November elected board. Our current elected officers are as follows:
